Empire launches to the market, through its importer for Spain imaginArt, its new loudspeaker model ECO100PLUSW. The manufacturer, continuing with its line of solutions focused on the field of education at a low cost, now presents a pair of self-powered speakers “ECO” up to 100W.

The system has an internal on/off device with which the speakers, after 20 minutes of no audio signal, automatically switch to standby (OFF) status, consuming less than 0.5 watts/hour. As soon as the loudspeakers receive a new audio signal in, the system is automatically reactivated (ON). The great advantage of this system lies in the convenience of the user who does not have to worry about turning on and off the speakers in each session, and the energy savings of not having speakers that are not being used connected and consuming electricity 24 hours a day.
The energy savings are estimated to be so significant that the total cost of the equipment could be paid off in just 24 months through this system.
